Reaching Out to the Sea, MAREA is envisioned as a contemporary destination where architecture and nature come together to shape a distinctive living experience.

Inspired by the gentle movement of water, the architecture is defined by continuous curves, extended balconies and layers of greenery woven throughout the vertical composition. The buildings are carefully arranged to minimize visual obstruction between the volumes while opening broad views towards the East Sea and Bau Sen Lake.

Landscape is elevated across multiple levels, creating gardens, terraces and green amenities that extend the natural experience from the ground into the vertical realm.
